Fire Service Recognition Day at Fire Station 86 in Toluca Lake. For the past eight years the Toluca Lake Chamber of Commerce has helped to organize this pancake breakfast to benefit the Widows, Orphans & Disabled Firemen’s Fund and Station 86. Something for everyone, young and old.
The second Saturday of May is designated Fire Service Recognition Day in Los Angeles. On this day, members of your Los Angeles Fire Department host an Open House at every Neighborhood Fire Station to warmly welcome visitors of all ages.
